Tall Condo/Hotel Planned Near St. Louis

Developers plan to build a 25-story condominium and hotel high rise, according to experts in the St. Louis neighbor city of Clayton, Missouri. As reported by KMOV, Green Street Real Estate Ventures and Midas Enterprises are teaming up to build the mixed-use development at the intersection of North Central Avenue and Forsyth Boulevard. The construction, estimated at about US$100 million, will offer 73 condos, 180 hotel rooms, a rooftop terrace and bar, a 300-person private event space, a street-level restaurant with a bar, street-level retail and a five-story garage with room to hold more than 400 cars. Construction is expected to begin in fall 2022, with completion expected about two years later.
