The construction, estimated at about US$100 million, will offer 73 condos, 180 hotel rooms, a rooftop terrace and bar, a 300-person private event space, a street-level restaurant with a bar, street-level retail and a five-story garage with room to hold more than 400 cars. Construction is expected to begin in fall 2022, with completion expected about two years later.
