Three Killed in Elevator Crash at Factory in Delhi, India

Three members of the housekeeping staff at a pan masala factory in the Naraina Industrial Area of Delhi, India, died in an elevator crash on January 8, The Times of India is among outlets to report. Pronounced dead at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, the workers were 26, 30 and 33 years old. A 24-year-old worker was also injured in the incident, which police are investigating. All staff members were inside the elevator when the mishap occurred at a time when the factory was closed, according to police.
