TKE Acquires Regional Elevator

TK Elevator (TKE) has acquired Regional Elevator, one of the largest independent elevator companies in Ottawa-Gatineau, Canada. TKE Americas CEO Jeremy Rainwater said the acquisition will allow TKE to continue providing support and solutions in Ottawa, as well as expand its ability to meet growing customer demands in the area. More than 50 employees from Regional Elevator joined TKE Canada on December 1, including founder Rob Cane. Cane established Regional Elevator in 2000. “We are very proud to be part of the TKE team and will continue putting our customers first in all that we do,” said Cane.
