Following the purchase of Sdiptech’s elevator operations in Sweden last year, TK Elevator (TKE) plans to acquire Nordic Lift from Pegroco Invest, TKE announced on July 21. Focusing on the entire lifecycle of an elevator, from new installation to modernization and service, Nordic Lift has a service portfolio of approximately 9,000 units in western Sweden. Through its operative companies that have prominent positions in their respective regions, Nordic Lift is regarded as one of the top players in the elevator industry in Sweden. The company also provides stairlifts and other home mobility solutions. “We are convinced that Nordic Lift is a beneficial extension to our regional footprint that will guarantee closeness to our customers, thus adding to our continued growth path in Sweden,” TKE Europe Africa CEO Inge Delobelle said.
