Volumetric modular housebuilder Tide Construction, working with contractor Vision, has been given full planning permission by the Greater London Authority (GLA) to build a 32-story, 462 home co-living scheme in west London designed by HTA Design, Building Design reports. The scheme will consist of two towers containing studio apartments along with 16,000 ft2 of communal space, including co-working space, dining areas, a library, a gym and a cinema. The scheme was approved by Ealing Council last year but subsequently called in by the GLA.
