U.K. Lift Specialist Completes Five Acquisitions With Backing

Dudley, U.K.-based lift maintenance and repair specialist Deltron Group has completed five acquisitions since LDC made a minority investment in July, TheBusinessDesk.com is among outlets to report. The company has acquired Metro Lifts (London), Elevate UK Lifts (Stourport-on-Severn), Elevator Group (London), A1 Lifts (Liverpool) and Lift Control (Livingston) to support its “acquisitive growth strategy, increasing unit density and expanding its geographic reach across the U.K.”  Directors Scott Haywood and Lukas Schlenker lead Deltron, which employs 160 people and maintains approximately 12,000 units across the U.K., with around 3,000 customers in both public and private sectors.
