U.A.E.’s First Resort Casino Under Development in Ras Al Khaimah

Wynn Resorts has released details of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the highly anticipated resort under development in Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E., in partnership with local companies Marjan LLC and RAK Hospitality Holding, Construction Week reported in April. Set on Al Marjan Island and including a tall tower, the resort will feature around 1,500 rooms, suites and villas, as well as a range of entertainment, gaming, dining, high-end shopping and wellness options.” The US$3.9-billion development is expected to generate substantial value for the Emirate’s economy. Wynn Al Marjan Island is projected to open in early 2027, attracting 5.5. million tourists by 2030, according to projections by Colliers International.
