VT Consultancy BOCA Group Partners With AuditMate

BOCA Group, a leading vertical-transportation (VT) consultancy with offices throughout the U.S., announced a strategic partnership with AuditMate, an elevator auditing and management platform that uses AI-powered software to provide building owners and managers with comprehensive tools for auditing, managing and optimizing elevator and escalator maintenance. BOCA Group President Sam Sloane said the partnership will enable customers to achieve “significant cost savings, improved equipment reliability and enhanced tenant satisfaction.” According to AuditMate, users of its CARE VT auditing and management software realize four times return on investment. Proactive maintenance and compliance management ensure the safety and code compliance of VT systems and can virtually eliminate late filing penalties, the firms stated. Further, real-time data and reporting provides building owners and managers with greater visibility into VT operations.
