Total Access Expands L.A. Area Footprint Through Acquisition

Total Access Elevator, headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California, and backed by private-equity firm Century Park Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Simi Valley-based Vertical Elevator Solutions on March 13, expanding its footprint in the Ventura County and Los Angeles areas. Total Access General Manager Hugo Vega said the acquisition “unlocks new opportunities for growth and innovation in elevator modernization, maintenance and repair.” Vertical co-founders Dave and Stephanie Bower described joining Total Access as a “transformative milestone” for the company, positioning what began as a small, customer-focused operation for the next stage of growth. According to Century Park, the transition will “ensure continuity for Vertical’s employees and customers, with no immediate operation changes.”
