Metro Elevator Opens in Office in Iowa

Delivering industry-leading elevator service for more than 40 years, Metro Elevator opened an office in Iowa this month, further strengthening its Midwest presence. Metro Elevator Iowa serves the entire state, including key cities such as Des Moines, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and Mason City. The new office is being led by President Todd Christensen and Vice President of Operations Craig Clabaugh. Christensen brings more than 25 years’ elevator industry experience, including holding various leadership roles with Otis in both Iowa and Colorado. Christensen also was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility within KONE’s escalator division. Clabaugh held various supervisory roles with Otis in Iowa in operations, maintenance, business development and branch management and has more than 16 years’ industry experience.
