Façade installation is nearing completion on One Bell Slip, a 31-story residential tower in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NYC, New York YIMBY reported on April 29. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group, the 369-ft-tall structure will offer 413 units spread across 292,029 ft2, plus 992 ft2 of commercial space. The project is at the corner of Bell Slip and Commercial Street along the Newton Creek and East River waterfront and is part of the Greenpoint Landing riverfront development. Recent photos show that the façade of brick masonry and floor-to-ceiling windows have progressed rapidly since December 2020, with only a few sections near the pinnacle awaiting completion. The tower’s vertical transportation system is being installed by TKE. One Bell Slip’s completion date has not been announced, though sometime near the end of the year is possible.
