36-Story Co-Living Concept WeLive Coming to Seattle

WeWork, a New York City-based company that provides shared work and living space, has its sights set on Seattle for its next WeLive co-living property — a 36-story building in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, GeekWire reported. The company already operates four co-working locations in Seattle. WeLive properties, which feature all the beer, tea and coffee you can drink and high-speed Wi-Fi, are already available in Arlington, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C. People rent them from one day to one year. Being developed by Martin Selig Real Estate at 3rd Avenue and Lenora Street, the building will have approximately 380 apartments, co-working space, common areas and retail. Completion is anticipated in 2020, and pricing, as of August, had not yet been set.
