El Paso, Texas-based Hunt Cos. and Dallas-based StreetLights Residential announced plans on May 2 for a 20-story luxury apartment building at 1717 Bissonnet Street in Houston, Community Impact Newspaper reports. Slated for completion in 2025, The Langley would house 134 two- to three-bedroom units ranging from 2,600-3,300 ft2 and aiming at people looking to move from larger single-family homes. One of the developers said The Langley will mirror a high-end Dallas apartment building, The McKenzie, which boasts community amenities such as a concierge and valet, a private residents’ bar with fireside seating and a resort-style pool with cabanas and private dining.
