TK Elevator (TKE) has launched the MAX cloud-based predictive maintenance platform in India, The Hindu was among outlets to report on May 27, promising to “strengthen [TKE’s] foothold in the ever-competitive Indian market, provide a best-in-class customer experience and reinforce its leading position as an innovation leader.” TKE observed that building operations data and insights from MAX create additional value for property owners, managers and maintenance personnel by streamlining operations and increasing vertical-transportation (VT) equipment availability. Along with the digital elevator calling and dispatch system AGILE, MAX lays a “solid foundation for the digitization of VT.” MAX, TKE said, is ideal for elevator and escalator systems of all sizes, from a standalone elevator system serving a residential building to vast VT systems in commercial or infrastructure facilities.
