Josh Kerns recently joined Hyperion Solutions, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, as manager of customer care. Kerns has more than 12 years' vertical-transportation industry experience, having served a sales executive for KONE and TK Elevator, both in the Cincinnati, Ohio, metropolitan area; a modernization superintendent with Otis; and a vice president at PEAK Elevator, based in Dayton, Ohio.
