Hitachi India Welcomes New Chief HR Officer

Hitachi India recently announced the appointment of Kaviyarasan Rajasekaran as chief human resources (HR) officer, marking a significant addition to the company’s executive leadership team. Rajasekaran joins the company with more than 20 years’ HR experience across the elevator, manufacturing, automotive and industrial sectors. Before most recently serving as general manager — HR Corporate — at MVS ACMEI Technologies Ltd., Rajasekaran spent nearly 10 years with Mitsubishi Electric Middle East Africa and Commonwealth of Independent States countries overseeing HR operations, compensation and benefits, payroll and performance management across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and Central Asia. His earlier leadership roles, including with India’s Johnson Lifts & Escalators, further strengthened his expertise in the HR sector.
