ESI Expands With Launch of Twin Cities Elevator in Minnesota

Grand Rapids, Michigan-headquartered Elevator Service LLC (ESI) announced on November 10 it has expanded into the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, market with the launch of Twin Cities Elevator, marking ESI’s fifth new market in the past year. Steve Fedel, a 20-year veteran of the local elevator market, will serve as Twin Cities president. Fedel said Twin Cities’ management team has nearly 50 years’ local experience and, “combined with ESI’s resources and shared culture of serving customers,” promises to propel the company forward. Founded more than 30 years ago, ESI operates in six markets: Grand Rapids; Milwaukee; Detroit; Toledo and Columbus, Ohio; and now, the Twin Cities. It intends to continue to “partner with leading independents in attractive markets and recruit talented elevator mechanics, executives and salespeople.”
