The TK Escalator Norte SA factory in Asturias, Spain, recently achieved a significant safety milestone: 1,500 days without an accident in the step band and manufacturing cell divisions, TK Escalator Norte Managing Director Carlos Panjaras Ortiz announced on LinkedIn. Thanking all employees for their hard work, Panjaras said the achievement reflects collaboration, teamwork and a consistent focus on safety. TK Elevator (TKE) Head of Occupational Health and Safety Europe and Africa Angel Rodriguez congratulated Ortiz and TKE Norte Occupational Health and Safety Manager Diana García Campo and their teams on the accomplishment. “More than four years without accidents clearly shows that it is achievable,” Rodriguez said. “Thank you for your hard work and your visibly felt leadership.”
