Dubai mega-developer DAMAC Properties has launched its sixth project of the year, Construction Week reports. Located at the Dubai Canal and designed by de GRISOGONO, Canal Crown will neighbor a range of new DAMAC towers. Renderings show a pair of curvilinear towers that are at least 50 stories in height. Featuring studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences boasting panoramic views of the cityscape, Canal Crown will incorporate eco-friendly features and technologies to create spaces that “harmonize with nature.” Amenities include aqua exercises, swim VR and a garden level with a planet-inspired theme. With Canal Crown, DAMAC seeks to provide “sophisticated waterfront living ambience” and solidify its position as an industry pioneer.
