Fort Worth TKE Sales Executive Named President of NAWIC Chapter

Megan Shaw, a new installation sales executive at TK Elevator’s (TKE) Fort Worth, Texas, office, was recently named president of the Fort Worth chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), TKE announced on LinkedIn. Shaw has been in sales at TKE for more than nine years, and previously was a project manager at consultancy Lerch Bates Inc. Over 15 years at Otis, Shaw held roles including new equipment design and sales specialist, business development manager and service account manager. She holds master’s degrees in business administration and human resources management from Ottawa University in Ontario, Canada. In congratulating Shaw, TKE said she has “dedicated a lot time to making the construction industry a more welcoming place for women” and will continue to “be an inspiration to women in the field.”
