Switzerland Event To Focus on Cities of the Future

neext, along with host Schindler Aufzüge AG, is presenting “City of the Future – Sustainable. Connected. Worth living.” on April 25 in Lucerne, Switzerland. The program will look at the specific measures that need to be taken to promote a sustainable and connected environment in the city of the future and to what extent the strategies for minimizing ecological impact and maximizing the quality of life in the city of the future are aimed at creating a future-oriented and sustainable metropolis The event includes presentations from, among others, Patrick Hess, CEO of Schindler Switzerland, Prof. Dr. Peter Schwehr, head of architectural research at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, and Fabian Peter, president of the Canton of Lucerne. The program also includes time for discussion, start-up pitches, deep dives as well as opportunities for exchange and networking. On April 24, Schindler welcomes guests to a tour of the PORT Innovation Lab, a discussion on the future of our cities and regions and a get-together with dinner.
