A Different Kind of Merger

ELEVATOR WORLD Correspondent and Managing Director of U.K.-based consultancy LECS (UK) Ltd. David Cooper married Louisa Wilson on May 6 at the Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, U.K. Cooper told us that, by “complete coincidence,” Wilson’s two cousins, based in Toronto, are also elevator engineers for major OEMs.

Those “lifting” the beaming bride are (l-r) Harry Dukes of LECS (UK), Brynn Davies of thyssenkrupp, John Bentley of LECS (UK), Lionel Hutt of Lester Controls, Dr. Gina Barney of Gina Barney Associates, Cooper and Warren Davies of KONE.
