Anatolian Elevator Industrialists Association (ANSADER) members met for breakfast at Süvari Kahvesi in Yenimahalle, Ankara, on March 5, 2022. The meeting started with an opening speech by ANASDER President Hakan Başkaraağaç. The agenda included low maintenance fees (which create unfair competition) offered by counter companies and unreasonable penalties imposed within the scope of market surveillance and inspection. Members shared their experiences on these issues before the presentation of the association’s legal advisor, attorney Ersal Erdil. Erdil stated that the legal struggle should push forward, and that members should know their rights and file suits to get results.
