The Sinclair Apartments, a 390-unit, 35-story-tall luxury building incorporating a full-service grocery store at ground level, has opened at the northeast corner of Division and LaSalle streets in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, Fifield Realty Corp. announced. Amenities are significant, including a deck with a pool, spa, cabanas, outdoor grilling area, gardens and dog run — all with skyline and lake views. Fifield states it held dozens of public meetings prior to getting zoning changes that paved the way for the development, which it believes will help revitalize the area with features such as new water services, street landscaping and new security cameras.
