No. 2 Opus Place was designed by Perkins+Will.

What promises to be Atlanta’s tallest residential tower, a 53-story glass structure designed by Perkins+Will, is planned as part of the 4.5-acre, mixed-use development Opus Place in Midtown, the Robb Report reported. Construction on No. 2 Opus Place is expected to start in the fall and wrap up by 2020. It will contain approximately 220 residences with floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Atlanta skyline and surrounding park. New York-based Champalimaud designed the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design-certified interiors.
