The Lift and Escalator Industry Business Women Association (AYSKAD) has set up a gearless elevator system with two stops on the façade of the Aydın Mimar Sinan Technical and Industrial Vocational High School in order to provide visual and hands-on training for the students.
The elevator project built on the façade of the school is also being supported by Aydın Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger, the Aydın Provincial Directorate of National Education and the Aydın Chamber of Commerce (AYTO).
Gülfidan Kendirlioğlu, Deputy Director of Aydın Provincial Directorate of National Education; Yasemin Bulut, AYSKAD Chairwoman; and Board Members Meltem Büger, Gönül Bay, Özlem Efir, Gönül İşleyen and Didem Özalaşan; and School Principal Sami Yavuz attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
AYSKAD Chairwoman Yasemin Bulut presented statements about the operation and expressed her happiness for taking the first step of the project, prepared for making contributions to the training of students in Aydın at the beginning of 2020. “The management of Aydın Chamber of Commerce and the members of our association gave great support for our project. We have prepared this project for our friends who study here in order to provide them visual training and professional experience. AYTO Vice Chairman Ergün Evran visited the school on June 19 and provided us technical support in order to realize our project. Our project will be completed as of September, and will make contributions to our schools in 2020-2021 academic year,” said Bulut.
