Renaissance Development aims to complete Neva Towers, the final two skyscrapers in Moscow’s International Business Center (Moscow City), by 2019, ArchDaily reported. Designed by a team consisting of HOK and FXFOWLE of the U.S. and SPEECH of Russia, the project boasts a 77-story residential and 63-story residential/office tower sitting atop a four-story podium. Together, they are expected to add more than 1,200 new apartments to Moscow City, which is home to many of Europe’s tallest buildings. According to Renaissance, “the shape of the flat high-rise buildings is modified by slight shifts of the central parts, forming a sort of core of the towers.”
