Developed by Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica, the property has a rounded-rectangle footprint and amenities including pools, a lounge, a screening room and a fitness center on the 14th floor. The address is 1770 North Bayshore Drive. Melo reported buyers are from more than 40 countries, and the company has lowered minimum deposits in an effort to attract more domestic buyers. Delivery is anticipated in early 2018.
