Newgard Development Group and Airbnb, Inc. have teamed up to build Miami’s first Airbnb-branded tower, a 48-story structure with 412 condominiums and 192 hotel rooms, at 190 Northeast Sixth Street downtown, New York Post reported. Scheduled for completion in 2022, Natiivo was designed by local firm Arquitectonica with a large pool deck. More than half of the condo units, which start at US$300,000, have been sold. The Legacy Hotel & Residences, which is developing a similar property near Miami Worldcenter, has been enlisted to help buyers rent their homes. Newgard is also building similar developments in Austin, Texas, and Nashville, Tennessee.
