Involving approximately 700 workers, 150 concrete trucks and 50 million lb. of concrete, the event marked a milestone for the latest Miami project with “Brickell” in its name. It is being developed by CMC Group and was designed by architect Luis Revuelta with interior design by Massimo Iosa Ghini and artwork by Julian Schnabel. Amenities such as a rooftop pool and resort-style spa will be plentiful in the tower, which is expected to open in 2019 and, in January, was approximately 60% sold.
