The Bursa Design and Technology Development Center (BUTGEM), which operates within the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) Training Foundation, starts its first semester employment intensive vocational courses for the year 2022. The application period, which was extended due to intensive attention, ended as of February 4, 2022.
BUTGEM, which continuously supports qualified workforce needs of the business world with its career development courses that are held in the evenings and on the weekends, and modular training programs for enterprises — in addition to its employment intensive vocational courses — organizes 186 training programs in eight main sectors. BUTGEM, which has provided profession for 35 thousand people since the day it was founded, helped more than 90% of its graduates become employed, and has a qualified teaching staff of 70 experts.
Four Months of Training
BUTGEM also starts occupational skill trainings on several new generation fields required by the companies, such as crisis management, global 8D problem-solving techniques, and customer relations management. Employment intensive vocational courses, which will be held during weekdays, will last for four months, on average.
