Marc Zoelle

Marc Zoelle is senior director, Mergers and Acquisitions for Otis Americas, and was formerly vice president, New York, with responsibility for directing and managing all operations for the NYC metropolitan area, including major projects like Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building modernization. He joined Otis in 2005 as a senior sales representative in Manhattan and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to Otis, Zoelle worked for four years as a sales representative for KONE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from The University of Iowa and an MBA from Iona College.
