Liftinstituut Releases New Expert Sessions Videos

Due to popular demand, Liftinstituut has recorded the third series of Expert Sessions, and the first in the series is now available with Pieter Schaareman, product specialist at Liftinstituut, Managing Codes and Standards, discussing the latest developments concerning European standards and international regulations. In this new series of short video discussions, experts from all over the world share their knowledge, experience and views on different vertical-transportation subjects. Until now, the Expert Sessions have mainly focused on lift-related topics, but the new series also pays specific attention to developments in the field of escalators. Additionally, the following topics will also be discussed: developments from the Escalator Standards Committee, testing procedures during certification of lift safety components, what to consider when getting your product certified, reducing safety and security risks amidst digital innovation in the lift industry and demographic and macroeconomic developments within the lift and escalator industry. The full library of Expert Sessions is available here.
