104-Story Mixed-Use Supertall Proposed for Downtown Miami

Miami-Dade County planners have received a pre-application meeting request to review preliminary plans for a new 1,049-ft mixed-used development in downtown Miami, Florida YIMBY reports. The 2.15-acre property contains three contiguous parcels between Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 3rd Avenue. Listed on the application are 100 Biscayne LLC, 146 Biscayne Owner LLC and 141 NE Third LLC, all affiliates of NYC’s RFR Realty. Led by developer Aby Rosen, owner of the Chrysler Building and Seagram Building in Manhattan, NY, RFR wants to replace several existing buildings with a 104-story tower featuring a mix of residential and hotel offerings. The property faces Bayfront Park and is located minutes from two Metromover stations, making it a prime location for future residents and visitors. Site excavation is now underway, and the project is set to complete in 2026.
