ONE, a 37-story residential tower served by KONE elevators that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea in Limassol, Cyprus, is complete, the Cyprus Mail reports. The tallest seafront residential tower in Europe, ONE was developed by Pafilia, designed by a team led by WKK Architects and master planned by Atkins, a firm whose projects include the iconic Dubai hotel Burj Al Arab. British consultancy Buro Happold, Australia’s Meinhardt Façade Technology and Austria-based formwork construction company Doka BmbH were also involved. Housing 83 luxury apartments with amenities that include a pool with a sundeck, landscaped terraces, a fitness center/spa and 24/7 concierge, ONE “celebrates the natural beauty, climate and culture of Limassol and brings iconic, sustainable and intelligent design to Cyprus’ built landscape,” according to WKK Director and Lead Design Architect Hakim Khennouchi.
