AEG Announces “Together we RISE” Campaign for IWD

American Elevator Group (AEG), the largest group of independent elevator service providers in the U.S. headquartered in NYC, on March 8 announced its “Together we RISE” campaign in honor of International Women’s Day (IWD), observed on March 8. In line with the IWD theme of #EmbraceEquity,” AEG is highlighting the “many dedicated women in the elevator industry and the importance of moving toward a future that better values diversity and the contributions women make in the workforce.” The campaign is a continuation of AEG’s ongoing effort to raise the profile of women in the industry, encourage dialogue, build a more inclusive work environment and improve future recruitment of women. The company created a special commemorative pin that is being distributed to its female employees for IWD, and invites anyone who would like to recommend a woman to receive a gift of a pin by mail to visit AEG’s LinkedIn page.
