Alimak Changes Structure, Leadership Team

Following completion of its acquisition of Tractel, Alimak Group has launched a new organizational structure and updated its group leadership team. The new organizational structure has five divisions: Construction, Industrial, Façade Access, Wind and Height Safety & Productivity Solutions (a new division). The updated leadership team includes Sylvain Grange, former chief financial officer (CFO) of Tractel, Alimak Group CFO; and Philippe Gastineau, former CEO of Tractel, senior executive vice president of Façade Access and Height Safety & Productivity Solutions. Former Alimak Group CFO Thomas Hendel is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. All changes became effective on November 21. “The new organization and leadership team will now begin the integration work to further accelerate our profitable growth strategy,” Alimak Group CEO Ole Kristian Jødahl said.
