A 30-story apartment tower at 175 Walker Street in North Sydney, Australia, has been approved, The Urban Developer reports. Conditional approvals for the project, dubbed East Walker Street, have been in place since early 2020. A partnership between Sydney-based developer Avenor and Singapore-based developer Oxley Holdings, the building will add 280 apartments to the market and, according to Avenor’s managing director, James Paver, will provide residents with panoramic views of Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Opera House. A construction and completion timeline has not been announced.
