Apex Lifts Announces Interactive Client Portal LiftWatch

U.K.-based Apex Lifts has introduced LiftWatch — formerly known as CALM — an interactive client portal allowing users to find in-depth information about their lifts and escalators. Available on any device at any time, the computer-aided lift management software offers a personalized user experience with functionality for clients to view proactive reporting, data transfer and updates surrounding their lift portfolios. LiftWatch operates a traffic light system for the simple detection of maintenance and repairs, signifying both planned and preventative lift maintenance and providing progress and other reports. LiftWatch provides a comprehensive day-to-day view of lift portfolio status, engineer updates such as timeframes and more. The interactive calendar tool allows users to view proposed work on selected dates with a downloadable call-out report, with functional features to amend the time periods for recent and past calls. LiftWatch guarantees increased efficiency across contract management through the detailed information it provides.
