Cabrera Joins Clarkson + Varick as South Florida Business Development Manager

Clarkson + Varick, a NYC-based vertical-transportation consultancy serving clients in New York, New Jersey, Florida and California, has hired Damaris Cabrera as business development manager for South Florida. Cabrera has more than 15 years’ experience in high-rise property management and a track record of delivering tailored solutions for community associations and capital projects. She has experience managing elevator projects through to successful completion. Prior to joining Clarkson + Varick, Cabrera served as director of management at SCALE, a Miami-based company providing owner representation and design-build services for real estate projects. Clarkson + Varick said Cabrera is “eager to help clients understand their risks and make educated decisions,” and can answer any questions about the upcoming elevator code mandates.
