CECA Plans “Home Elevators: Risks And Liabilities” Webinar

The Canadian Elevator Contractors Association’s (CECA) private-residence division has announced a webinar on December 9, 2021, at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. “Home Elevators: Risks and Liabilities” will be presented by Charles Gastle, a lawyer with Bennett Gastle, P.C., who will cover topics including how contractors can lower their legal liability, responsible loss prevention to prevent lengthy litigation and the responsibilities of contractors and homeowners. “If you do (or plan to do) any work in the private residential elevator sector, it is very important you attend,” CECA states. Preregistration is required.
