Chicagoland’s EIS Becomes Part of VDA Group

VDA Group announced on September 6 that Chicagoland-based Elevator Inspection Service Inc. (EIS) has joined the VDA family of companies. Led by President Frank Cervone and Principal Anthony J. DiBiase, EIS “is well known for having the most qualified inspectors in the Chicago metropolitan area,” VDA stated. Cervone and DiBiase continue in their current capacities. VDA Senior Vice President Inspections Theresa Tsamoutalis said the local EIS team has an expert understanding of the jurisdiction process and has built longstanding client relationships. In becoming part of VDA, EIS gains access to an extensive range of resources, expertise and support. “This merger represents a significant milestone for our company, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities that lie ahead,” DiBiase said.
