Chief People Officer Torch Passed at Wittur Group

Åsa Lautenberg

The Wittur Group chief people officer role has transitioned from Aline Estevant-Rigaut to Åsa Lautenberg, the Wiedenzhausen, Germany-based company announced on July 5. The company thanked Estevant-Rigaut for her service over the past four years, observing she helped “build up a global, future-fit, professional” HR department and that “her legacy will be felt for years to come.” Originally from Sweden, Lautenberg has deep expertise and experience in HR, with a clear focus on leadership development and transformation. Lautenberg previously held HR leadership roles at the Lufthansa Group, SAMSON AG and Viessmann Group. Married with two sons, Lautenberg has worked in Germany for more than 20 years.
