Construction Of Condominiums Begins In Montreal

Construction has begun for the 22-story Imperia Condominiums in Montreal, ACQ Construire reports. The project was launched in the summer of 2020 by partners DevMcGill, OMNIA Technologies and Quebecor, and is designed by Provencher_Roy. The building, located at the corner of Bleury and Mayor streets, will include studios and one-bedroom condominiums that will range from 300-513 ft2 and one-bedroom units up to 873 ft2, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the mountains and downtown Montreal. Amenities will include a gym, an urban chalet, a work-live area, a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and a BBQ area with a spa. The building will also have a few businesses on the ground floor. Completion is expected in 2023.
