Couple Dies in Residential Elevator Accident

An Armenian couple has died due to an elevator malfunction in a residential building in Tbilis, the capital of Georgia, News.am reports. On January 14, the man fell into the elevator shaft, and his wife was trying to help him when the elevator moved. Both died as a result. Residents say the elevator problem has existed for a long time and they have asked for it to be solved, while officials say they have not received any calls from residents, according to the source. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
