Cuttack, India, Station Set for Upgrades, Hosts Tour

Plans for improvements to passenger amenities at India’s Cuttack Railway Station drew the interest of Khurda Road Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Shashi Kant Singh, who led an inspection tour of the facility in July, Pragativadi News reported. Addressing the media, Singh said that many redevelopment projects, including new vertical-transportation equipment, have been initiated within the past five years at the station, and he asked for suggestions and advice from the public for further enhancement of improvements at the station.
