Inclined and entrance elevators are in store for at least 12 Tbilisi Metro System facilities in the capital city of Georgia, located in the Caucasus region between eastern Europe and western Asia, AGENDA.GE reports. The source says a contract for the multimillion-dollar project has been awarded to an experienced Australian company and the effort will be financed by the Asian Development Bank. In addition to new elevators, work will also include information boards, new lighting and further accessibility improvements.
