ESI Takes Control of Moseley Elevator in Columbus

Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Elevator Service LLC (ESI), a leading elevator service provider in the Midwest, has expanded its business into the Columbus, Ohio, market, as it takes control of Moseley Elevator Service, ESI has announced. The movement is ESI’s second entry in the Ohio market, and the fourth market of which it has taken control over a six-month stretch. ESI will operate in Columbus through a wholly owned subsidiary under the name Moseley Elevator Service. Dan DeVault will take on the role of president and Sarah Powell, director of sales. DeVault comes from a third-generation elevator family, and his grandfather founded Moseley Elevators, Inc. in 1955 — a leading independent elevator company based in Columbus for 40 years. DeVault is deeply rooted in his hometown of Columbus, and he will continue to uphold the Moseley brand in the Columbus market. ESI was founded more than 30 years ago and has been family-owned since its inception. In addition to working with Moseley Elevator in Columbus, ESI operates recently connected companies in Milwaukee, Detroit and Toledo, Ohio.
