EU’s Tallest Building, Varso, Gains Another Tenant

The tallest building in the European Union (EU), Varso in Warsaw, Poland, gained another tenant with the Polish branch of German software developer SAP moving into 1,400 m2 on the 11th floor, Eurobuild reports. SAP joins tenants that include Box, CMS, Greenberg Taurig and NCBR and brings occupancy in the 1,017-ft-tall, 53-story office tower to more than 60%. Varso, designed by Foster + Partners and developed by HB Reavis, is served by a Schindler vertical-transportation system and is notable in that it was one of the first buildings worldwide to use the Schindler R.I.S.E elevator installation robot. It opened in September 2022.
