Fujitec‘s global companies gathered in Tokyo and participated in the first Global Field Technical Training in October 2024. This training was conducted to help the participants be good mentors by learning about the essential working methods for mechanical parts installation procedures or product maintenance work. The training was for field engineers with three or more years of work experience divided into two groups: one for the installation course and the other for the maintenance course. Twenty-four field engineers from 10 global companies participated in the training courses initiated by Fujitec Japan’s staff as instructors.
